TFly S/O or F/O take home

Could anyone give me a rough idea of the take home for a TFly year 1 S/O or F/O on the 757 at LGW?
The gross salarys are on PPJN, but with all the extra bits and bobs I have no idea how to work out the real salary.
I've got the time on type but not the total hours for F/O at the moment, so I'm not sure wether to apply now as an S/O or wait a year and apply straight in as F/O.
Also are they offering LGW as a base, how much say do you get in the initial base? I'm not really interested in anything other than LGW or STN.

If I join as an S/O with few hours on type, when do I become an F/O with Tfly? Has it to do with hours or a pre-determined time in the company?

Its all on hours so when you get 1500hrs TT with certain time on type you get the upgrade.

757_driver just go for the job it wont be long before you get the upgrade anyway.
As for the base same as said STN is closing as base and to get to lgw it will take some time but eventually you will end up getting what you want.

just go for it.

You should clear around £3200 a month as an F/O. without flying i guess around £2800 and with a bit of flexi anything up to about £5000.

Do a search and you'll find more extensive numbers.
