BMed Interview

I am a low (300 hours) A320 FO and have been called to an interview. Does anyone have any idea what the interview formatt is like and what to expect?

Don't know the whole format. Usually three pilots on panel, lots of technical questions, probably a few legal ones too based on operational decisions particularly in view of the type locations in which they operate. Life style issues etc..
More importantly, are you aware that it is not BMed any more? Full merger with BMI expected to take place by end of Oct. What exactly is in store for the crew from that point on is open to a lot of speculation at the moment. I don't think the interviewers will be able to shed a lot of light on the future yet.

I think that they have the required amount of guys now, as they appear to have reduced their requirement slightly.
