Easyjet Glasgow base info?
I've been offered an SFO position on the Airbus. I would be grateful if anyone could answer the following for me?
Is there a waiting list for Glasgow F.O.'s
How many sectors do you fly a month?
What would be a typical weekly roster?
How long until command, and again is there a waiting list for Captains wanting a Glasgow base?
Thanks very much,
Tormuick

Hi
Im in the other seat at GLA , its not one of the bases with a big waiting list AFAIK . There are some guys being upgraded at the mo'
Within EZY in general there is no waiting list for Boeing commands , the time to assesment a pretty short it appears once you have the minimum hours .Dont think there is any chance of getting an assesment with less than the hours though. Its all done in a matter of months .There are people who started the process in December with April courses.
There is also talk of future expansion at GLA which would give you a fair shout.
GLA pilots are flying a mix of short /medium sectors .Quite a lot of sectors 60-70 a month .The roster is very stable with few changes.
Good luck
Remember that any info' is out of date the minute it is posted as the company changes its requirements and plans all the time
