Can anyone please shed any light on the deal between the 2 above airline and TRTO?

I have been offered an interview with Randhem in Gothenburg but would like to know a little more about what the deal is.

Can anyone offer any advice? I'd really appreciate it. I have read all posts on here already but nothing suggests anything with regards to the Randhem TRTO process.
