Question easyJet - Formula for Factoring Hours

Hi

Does anyone know where I can find the factors that easyJet use when factoring non-easyJet hours, please?

I have looked on their current website and cannot find anything - and a search on PPRuNe failed to poiont me at any previous postings.

Thanks in advance.

Yes, they mention it the requirements, but it is nowhere to be found on the website.

It is still here tho - I guess it hasn't changed.

So a C-130 driver experienced in operating in a multi crew enviroment and doing lots of long/short haul airline type flying, scores less than a harrier mate? makes sense?

Perhaps that tells you something about who runs EZ recruiting and what kind of pilots they're after?

Why make all these trouble out of it?? Its a bit like in some military special units i used to play with: Those who are clever and know when to cheat are those that wins most battles.

Now, if EZY do not have the schematic for factorising hours, then why bother and lock yourself out??

I just filled in my application without factorising, and when asked at the interview, I didn't know about factorising as there was nothing on the homepage to tell me about it!!

Result: I was there, so got the tests anyway, passed all the tests and got a joboffer.
