Fleet transition at XL

Is there any transition from 737 to 75/76 fleet at XL, or do they prefer to hire mainly rated outsiders for the 75/76, also do they have any future fleet plans or are they stickinng with the Boeings they have. Thanks in advance, just curiosity

A number of pilots have changed from B738 to 75/76, mostly FO's but at least one Capt.

I suspect that this will be an ongoing policy.

Does anyone have information about the Excel interview?

Also what is it like as a company?

I hear a rumour that the 757's are being retired.....is this true?

The plan that XL have is to replace the B757 with the B737-900ER, the new aircraft should be with XL about this time next year.
