Ezy Standbys

Hi there,

Im considering a position with Ezy. I understand the roster is bases on 5on/3off/5on/4off. But how do standbys enter the equation?

How many standbys do you get? Are they included in the days off or the days on?

Regards

There included on days on, I dont get many. on average 1 per month and it's usually been a day off, maybe being called out one in three

Think it probably varies from base to base, I reckon I average 3 or 4 a month. Probably get called on about 1 in 10.
