EZY DIRECT ENTRY F/Os

Got 750+ hrs Multi-crew on the ERJ145 with BACON and thinking of jumping ship to EZY before the Flybe takeover. On the website it states that Direct Entry F/Os will require 500+ Multi-crew experience on medium/heavy jets... does the E145 count? No sarcasm please!

Last August Ezy offered me a TRSS selection slot. And I fly the CRJ200. Even a few tons heavier than the flying moped.

I turned down a job with easy about two months ago because it was TRSS but within a month they called asking if I was still interested as the 145 was now classed as DE. I know of at least two other guys who got the same phone call.

I guess they just weren't getting the numbers they needed.

Just wondering, how low would Easy go on the 'medium' requirement. What´s the lowest MTOW they would accept for direct entry F/O?
