Stay on the airbus or go to boeing?

Hi folks,

The question is a bit more than that of the subject. I've just moved away from 'home' for work and to be honest, it's not great and not where I want to be. I'm rated on the airbus and work for an outfit with good terms and conditions but have an oppurtunity to be based back at 'home' with a low cost 757 operator.

I'm at the very low end of the seniority list in current company and don't anticipate moving anywhere up the ladder soon (company still consolodating losses, not sure where it's going), or getting accepted to move back to original base. Possible new company, Jet2, is however expanding and will pay me more but perhaps not so cush with T & C's (roster stability, leave entitilement, staff travel, variety etc etc).

Basically looking for advice. Any comments much appreciated.
