TCX Pension

Would anyone be kind enough to advise what % of salary TCX contribute on your behalf to the DC scheme. Also what minimum contribution from the employee triggers it. Tried all the usual PPJN/IPA/BALPA sites plus search functions here, all to no avail.

Thanks in advance.

Flexible.
You contribute 5%, Co 5%; you 7%, Co 7%; you 9%, Co 9%.
After 5 years, if you contribute 7%, Co put in 9%, and if you contribute 9%, Co put in 13%.
