Agency or Direct Approach to Airline ?
Has anybody any idea of the variation (in a general sense) between the T+C's expected if recruited by an agency over a direct approach to the airline concerned.
I appreciate that agencies have to take their cut, but where from ... employer or employee ?
If anyone has any experience, personal or anecdotal then I would be grateful ..
