Joining EZY as a TR F/O

Hi, I am trying to figure of a move to EZY is the right move. I am rated with a 1000hrs on the 737NG. It seems that EZY would take me on the 737, I have no desire to pay for another rating so I would not be interested in the Bus.

My question is what would happen then when the 737 is phased out? Would I have to go down the route of the SSTR even though I was a current employee, or would the rating be paid for by EZY? Would I be bonded, if so for how long? Thanks for your help!

Why don't you try Ryanair. They take on 737 NG ratd guys, and there is no risk of being changed to Air Bus.

If your 737 rated you will join Easyjet as a direct entry F/O.. If your base then goes Airbus, as a current employee you will get a free type rating

Should you volunteer to go to another base which is A319 then you will get a conventional bond for 3 years.
