Monarch Holding Pool/Start Dates

Has anyone who was recently interviewed/recently added to the holding pool been offered a start date yet?

Any idea of the likely waiting time?

And any other info would be welcome.

A good friend of mine applied at the begining of the year, March I think.
interviewed just recently a couple of weeks ago and has a start date in January.
