A mate of mine is working for Ethiopian Airlines, for the last few months through Direct Personnel, I think, in Dublin. He appears to be getting on well there, his wife is African, so they have moved there permanantly. He says he is away from base a lot, mostly Europe, States, and Asia. Nice aircraft, the set up seems to be organised etc.. not sure about the other two airlines, dont have much info on them, ..
