Just been offered a contract job where I would be flying in and out of Kabul quite a lot. Has anyone got any advice/experience ? Any idea of the going pay rates for operating a fairly large EU registered aircraft in this area? (PMs very welcome).

Don't know about the pay & conditions, I've been flying there with the military.
Flying there is just fantastic! beautiful country and very nice people.
Open your eyes though, too many are flying out of Kabul: Helo's, drones, fighters, mil, ong and civil transport aircraft, expect a TCAS RA at a rate of 1 a month if not more (Kabul ATC won't help!).
Have fun !
