Lear45 pay

I have tried a searching but I have specific question. Could someone tell me how much a Lear 45 newly qualified pilot (F/O) no previous jet experience but shall we say couple of thousand hours already on other light turbines;should command salary wise?

I understand this could vary wildly but an indication would be nice. It is specific... for a reason...of course!

VERY rough estimate from my days in that end of the industry and the market I was in; about half the Captain's pay.
