FO pay as a % of Captains pay

What is the industry norm? If there is one. Jet aircraft fully qualified first officers pay as a percentage of Captains pay not including allowances, training bonds etc.
I understand figures of 55-80% with the average being about 70%.
Secondly, what should it be?

At BA, co-pilot's basic pay is 75% of a Captain's at the same pay point. All extra pay is the same. IMHO, that's about right.

Agreed, 75% is fine for me.
