Ryan Air Interview

Hi there!! I just got the invite to go for an interview with ryanair.

Any one knows their time requirements?? I got about 5300h total with about 2000 PIC on jets (G4, EMB 135,...) would I have a realistic chance, or are they looking for completly typerated folks??
