ALPA Election In Oct...
This is geared more for the US ALPA guys, but may serve as a reminder for the BALPA and IALPA unions also.
Whether you are working at a ALPA organized airline or possibly going to one soon, ALPA elections are around the corner in October.
You may be happy with the current Pres. D. Woerth or not.
If not, then you probably should start talking to your LEC officer on who you want so that they will remember it when they cast your collective votes. Your LEC officer gets to vote your memberships collective votes for whom they want. You don't get to vote as an individual. So start making noise on who your LEC officer should vote for ALPA President and remind him that he is elected into his position by your councils membership.

Yes, I agree. I have known Dan for almost 9 years now and can say that he is definitely the man for the job as ALPA president.
