Hi,
Things seem to have improved considerably in recent months. Some of the improvement seems to be the result of training captains,(who had been out of hours),returning to the roster from beginning of April.
My son did his base check a couple of weeks ago and commenced line training the following week. At his present rate should finish line training in about 4 weeks. I think he was waiting about six weeks for base check after completion of type rating and some of this delay was due to no pool training.
Rgds
