I have been reading many comments, complaints etc. about Ryanair and EasyJet, but I think that nothing comparing both companies... I would be grateful to recieve informations in this way, I mean, concerning which company offers the better roster, payments, the differences between these work enviroments etc.

Keep away from Ryanair, I have woked for them so I know the score, Easy aren't perfect but I think they are not as bad, having said that I got a job out of the rat race I now have an easy life of 2 sectors days.

Easy Jet, 10 percent pay-rise inc sector pay etc etc,Ryanair. . . .attempted pay-cut rejected by us, however inflation means we get a pay cut anyway, plus the pay rise(?) is only on salary, and sectors are getting shorter? ha ha, so less money again,no roster after 30 April, no nav-logs available half the time , company lost records of checks etc so many bods either off the roster or possibly flying out of check, aircraft arriving from Seattle like clockwork and pilots leaving like a bad smell just arrived. Oh yes definately choose Ryanair I would say, they are making lots of money ,in theory, if you get in quick you could be part of it just before it implodes. It hurts to say this ,as 1 year ago I would have said the opposite, but for chrissake don't get involved with RYR until/if they sort out this shambles. The way things are at the moment it could collapse around our ears at any minute.May the 2nd could be a good day to ask how many are going to be around much longer if you are still game though. . . .

"Today's the day the Teddy Bears have their picnic" May 2nd, supreme court decides if Ryanairs appeal against Labour court's right to arbitrate on our "trade dispute" with our masters is valid.Methinks not. Hopefully someone can post the verdict by end of day?

According to another site this is just a hearing, all "on points of law". So there will be no verdict today. General consensus seems to be that Ryanair will, as usual, not do terribly well when the facts are examined.

Actually to throw in my two cents worth, you're damned if you do and damned if you don't but if you do, then I'd go Orange. Less of a dickey at the helm.
