BA Direct Entry Pilot Scheme (Hold Pool) Shorthaul/Longhaul

Anybody has any kind of info on this subject? Hold pool for how long? What type of aircraft for shorthaul? If already in shorthaul jet aircraft how long before transitioning to longhaul?

Hold pool is 12months b4 they boot you out. If offered shorthaul you can wait for longhaul if you desire.
