VLM, named regional of the year..............??????????
Work 150 hrs monthly, get paid for blockhrs. 5 earlies in a row-legal under belgian AOC even in UK, they would work you 10 earlies if they did fly on sat and sunday. Roster is 5-2 with late fri and early monday or 10-4. Have had in the region of 10 wrongful dismissals over last 3 years, but never learn
They are firing people via e-mail? Flt ops mngr that don't know nose from tail, you see he has never had a certificate for airplanes? Extremely arrogant gnd ops mngr hidden behind desk in ANR, no-one gets on with him. Letting go of valuable and good crew that wants to stay even when they are hiring. 5 belgians on interview board for cabincrew (this is known as proper use of resources
). Oldest fleet in western europe, but the fokkers are solid!!!! No pay for over-time, -you are expected to be company-minded. OK, pay is decent for fltdeck on props, but still a turnaround of 100% yearly. Good managing director left with poor helpers
