Ryanair Bonding, Self Sponsored or what?

There seems to be a bit of confusion as to Ryanair's new policy on Cadet Type Ratings. Several guys have tried to find out what Ryanairs present policy is but replies seem to have skimmed their questions.

Is Ryanair now bonding employees and has it abolished self sponsorship. I saw someone said they had been bonded but hasn't replied to anyones posts!

planeshipcar you will never find the "current" Ryanair "policy" on anything. See the other thread here "Future Ryanair pilot beware ..." for the variation in treatment and "deals" and "contracts" (honoured and not honoured). There is nobody in Ryanair who can tell you, because they don't know the answer. The reality is that until you have it in writing what they tell you is utterly meaningless and when you have it in writing it is 50:50 if they will do what your contract says.

Here on pprune in this very forum (Teams and Endearment) around about the fourth or fifth page is a thread "Guide for prospective Ryanair pilot Employees". Any potential Ryanair pilot employee would do well to find it and read it very carefully.

Bottom line: what people say here does not matter. What Ryanair does to you in practice matters a lot.
