Harmony Airways

Greetings all, well, after 17 years flying night freight, unempoyment hit end of last year. Trying to be a little picky about where the next step leads. Have an interview with Harmony Airways next week, and am trying to get some information about the company. Am interested in knowing about schedules, number of days on and off, benedits, salary, expansion plans, type of motors on the 757 they run, and of course, where in British Columbia to live if all goes well. Any and all info would be appreciated, Cheers.

Ill try facts only.

50.000cd to start as F/O min 2years to an upgrade.
80.000cd to start as capt 4.000cd raise every year.
24.000cd 2 year training bond to be signed.
Last i heard expansion plans were put on hold.
Some guys not happy and leaving. Some guys Happy and staying.
Would be easiest to live in Vancouver. Expensive though. Average house cost 500.000cd

Im not sure of anything else, it would only be speculation. I do know though that every other airline in Canada is hiring too. You might want to try one of them, as well try posting this in the Canada forum there are lots of them Canadians there. Good luck

Vesting...

Wouldn't you keep your cards close too? AC and WJ hiring and both have a better package to offer. (at the moment) AC has the prospect of strong international growth lots of retirements on the books, and a huge order of new equipment..WJ with a new (abeit hard to do the "cipherin" on) package...Harmony has??? (No offense to the hard working line and flt ops troops) Soooo, I wouldn't be bragging about what I hold in my hand either...Good Luck with it.
