BMI Regional interview for ERJ-rated pilots
Hi all,
a friend of mine has an interview with BMI Regional in the near future.
It would be of great help and highly appreciated if people could tell how the selection process is like for ERJ-135/ 145 TR pilots.

I know someone who joined bmi reg as DE capt.
Apparently,
The interview was pretty straightforward, not much technical, more about you, what you've been doing, what you want etc etc.
Regional are still short of captains. Possibly made worse this summer by the constant migration elsewhere.
A warning... you will get the hard sell on the BMI career path, including longhaul opportunities! The word on the inside is that this is pure fantasy.
There are VERY limited chances of transfer to Baby, and even fewer to BMI. Baby and BMI recruit outside first!

Main issues at present are rostering, lack of roster stability, this years pay deal.
