SouthWest Airlines T's&C's?
I would like to compare SouthWest to the airline that I work for, which is supposed to be modelled after SW.
I've done a search here but could not find the answers to some of my questions, which are:
1) I see on www.pilotjobsnetwork.com that SW pays the pilots per hour. What is the average amount of duty hours you can expect to do per month?
Is there a basic salary at all?
2) What are the rosters like? Is it a fixed roster or bidding? variable?
3) What are the pensions like?
4) Leave? how many days? easy to get?
5) staff travel? any good?
6) bonuses?
7) Time to command?
