Emirates new crew bases????

any emirates guys out there can confirm or denied the rumor of emirates opening pilot bases in other parts of the world?( I have heard JFK)

NYC, SYD, AKL & LGW

Believe it when we see it. Basings will onlyhppen if there is a saving for EK.
As a shot in the dark, based on the CX model, conditions for a basing
salary 60-70% of normal, taxed at source.
no medical or super
no education allowance
Working for a contractor (all be it owned by the parent) so no come back to the airline.
But done under the EK operating spec, so not constranded by the home laws

Sounds great. Read the fine print VERY carefully

There is a chap on Airline Pilot Central, a US web site, hawking the acalades of Emirates. Some of us are curious to know the real skinny about Emirates?
