Reporting at Outstations

I would like to know where and when BA and Virgin pilots are assumed to commence duty at outstations e.g. Singapore, Narita, Hong Kong.
Is it one hour before at the terminal or at the gate?
Thanks in advance for any info.

Duty commences at one hour before scheduled departure time in most cases. The exception is when the journey time from the hotel to the airport is long (eg JFK) in which case the report time is 45 minutes after pick up.

Thanks for info Topbunk,
Does that encourage your company (I assume VS) to use airport hotels?
