There is no such thing as a typical week.

'Flexible' rostering means you start on earlies (0610 ish local report) & finish on lates. The last roster landing before a Day Off should be 2300 but rostering have often rostered a 2305 landing (only 5 minutes but an agreement is an agreement) in the summer.

9 Days Off in 28 (Averaged over 3 rosters) plus 6 DFODs per 3 rosters (minimum of 1 per roster). DFODs are free of duty unless crewing buy the day off before 1900 the previous night.

Typically FO do around 500 sectors per year and COs do around 545 - 550.

Out of curiosity how many days off do you get together. Do you finish at 2300 two days off and the 0605 start. Sounds harsh - only time for one night in the pub.

Usually yes only 2 days off.

They do tend to give DODs either side of DOs and sometimes SBY.
