Singapore B777 DE Command?

Anyone out there able to elaborate on the T & C's and ACTUAL take home pay for a B777 Cmmd in Singapore Airlines?
Also an example of a roster would be nice if possible.
Looking at applying for the DE non-type rated posn. Is the bond reducing or non-reducing? Any info greatly appreciated.
