Contract for Ryanair Pilots
By researching the t&c for Ryanair Pilots I found a lot of information regarding the "Ryanair employed" guys. As I understood, there is also a "contract" which conditions are still quite obscure to me... does anybody have the full story? Does it make any sense to be on that contract and how do you get it? Thanks for your help and keep the faith...

From what I heard... Contract people are now hired as based pilot to a dedicated Ryanair base.i.e. 5on / 3 off while on base, 5on / 5off when working off base. Some CPT recently managed to change that as full off base contract.
Moneythis is all gross, no social security, no tax, no insurance, no pension, no hotel, no transport, no nothing.)
Captain: 109,5 € per rostered hour + 20€ p.h. when off base.
F/O (experienced): 60,5 € per rostered hour + 20 € p.h. off base.
these include the cost of Recurrent training.
You have to take care of your own SS and Taxes, and if adventurous can decide to ignore them ... until you are caught
