Life At Loganair

Having searched previous threads I am aware Loganair is viewed by many as an excellent first time job, but as something I would be very interested in as a more longterm career I would greatly appreciate some more in-depth feedback on life in Logi, whats the current roster like(earliest starts,lateest finishes etc.) and any other pro's and con's
As I say any posts from those in the know greatly appreciated
