Useful, thank you - but I don't remember everyone thinking that Assessment Day 1 was quite that easy!
Simple mathematics and algebra, but some pilots haven't done that sort of stuff for many years - can be quite scary, particularly with the clock ticking. Yes, easy group exercises but only if you are the sort of person who finds them easy. Not everyone can immediately morph into an eloquent marketing director.
My summary was that it was a challenging day, but nothing to be frightened of provided that you are reasonably bright and interactive. If not, then TF will find you out. Overall, an excellent selection process, also very efficiently and pleasantly run.

Just got the results back from 1st stage and was told of my overall grade in "marks below required standard" - does anybody have any idea how these marks translate ie are you never going to make it, or you could make it with some more effort in certain areas or bad luck chap, but we have to draw the line somewhere, come and see us again next year.
Any feedback, greatly appreciated.
