Talking Cathay Pacific or Virgin Atlantic?

Someone I know of has just taken a job with Virgin. He is currently in CX and very close to a Command. I think he should stay at CX and take the Command and some say he should go and fly for an airline thats enjoyable to be in.

What do you aviators think? Virgin or Cathay?

Well if I were in his shoes and I was English I'd rather be home in England if I had a choice...to some, life style is more important than a command, who knows maybe family pressures as well...
