Joining Ryanair as SFO >1500Hrs

Is there anyone out there that has joined Ryanair recently as an SFO under the >1500Hrs scheme.

I would really appreciate any factual information regarding the current interview process including current pay conditions.

Please dont turn this into Ryanair Bashing. I would just like to hear what the current state of play is.

With 1500hrs FR is a good option, in your first year and a half you will be a captain. Go for it and don't forget to taxi fast and land with flap 5. Gear up or down is your choice, now thats sarcasm, or is it?
