GECAT
Went in for a managment job interview, worst expirence of my life.
Was interviewed by a HR jr. exec? She had no clue about the job profile nothing.
Within 5 mins I did not know how sell my self to a person who does not know the job; never imagined people at like GECAT behave like that.
Should I write to the top managment about this? Or keep shut and cry.

All ways good for a company to get feedback about themselves good or bad. It provides them with a monitoring system to either maintain high or improve poor standards. 
Unfortunately people have a tendency to complain about the poor quality and forget to praise the good stuff
