Any information about the process, term & cond and Basing ??

You'll be very well paid, get your TR paid for and be bonded.
You should also be able to get the base you want as Skippers are thin on the ground at the moment.
Dunno what the check or interview is like.

I don't know what planet you are from, or how long you have worked for Ryanair, but that statement is so seriously wrong as to confirm the niaivety of your other assessments.
