What to expect at First Choice interview?

Just got the letter inviting me to an interview at Gatwick which they say will be one hour.

Does anyone have any information on what to expect? Types of questions asked and all that type of thing?

Thanks

Congratulations.

Sorry to go off topic but

1. How long did you wait for the letter to arrive once you returned the application form?

2. Were you recommended by a current employee?

Many thanks

Craggs.

Hi there,

Good luck with the interview. I had one a couple of years ago now, it was straight forward, standard interview with 3 management pilot's mine was the Boeing fleet mgr, airbus fleet mgr and chief pilot. There were no silly tricks, nor was there any psycho/tests/group stuff, it's just the interview, it lasted about 45 mins and was pretty standard stuff.
