Question Reality of working for Jet2/Chanex?

What is truth about working for this operator. Is there any roster stability, chance of getting holidays when you want them, getting more than min rest etc?

Is it a happy company with good worker/managment relations or is just concerned about the bottom line all the time?

Thanks in anticipation.

If the company you wish to fly for is not "concerned about the bottom line all the time", do not waste your time working there.

Your other conditions are not neccessarily connected with the above.

No T & C's, good if you're ex RAF, lower than average salary, lots of roster disruption. On the plus side (for me) home every night and management leave you to get on with it.
