Question BALPA job newsletter

Just browsing through the latest BALPA employment newsletter and saw the easyJet advertisement.

It states that pilots can apply for a BSL or GVA base - does this mean that UK pilots can now apply through the standard EZY process and get a Swiss base? If so, what is the likelihood of being offered such a base - close to zero?
