Arann and other Irish airlines

There are strong rumors that pilots (captain) working for Arann are not considered by air contracters, Cityjet or Ryanair (by gentleman agreement) Because of this captains at Arann have 1000 euro/month less salary, no bonus and less good roster.

How can we tackle this?

Talk about it and your fired and of course no other will hire you either.

Help! how can we counteract this bull!!!!!!!!

Did you ever consider discussing it either (a) all together, or (b) with your local pilots association? It sounds to me like you are missing out on the ever spreading pilot shortage.
