A320 Skipper & F/O pay & conditions worldwide
I'm calling on people who are currently on A320's somewhere in the world to give us brief details of their conditions. Whether first officers receive 65% of a skippers wage (or how its calculated). Hours you fly etc. Low cost carriers. Full service carriers.
The airline I fly in, is trying to negotiate pay condtions & interested in the 'bigger picture' out there. Thanks in advance.
