Payrise/salaries Info

Hi,

I've searched the internet high and low and also searched pprune and to no avail. I'm trying to find out what airlines (UK based) have offered their staff payrises in the last 4 years along with the percentage. I know it's a sensitive subject and I don't even need to know the airline name. My own has given one increase in 4 years and that was substantially below the rate of inflation (RPI not CPI rate).

May be people can PM me.... also the salaries out their for ops/crewing/nav services would be of help.
