Which agency is best, what are conditions actually like, whats Mumbai like. How is the working relationship with Air India. etc etc.

Heard thata few of the AIX guys have quit already to join greener pastures (here in India , the way things are going it is not surprising).
Reg what's Mumbai like - well except for the Mumbaiites not many Indians consider it as their favorite city. I dont think most foreigners in India do either!
