Thats really interesting! I applied for that company a couple of weeks ago, got a letter saying "Looks very good, so email all your info to D.D". After that nothing happend.
Do I have to know any sort of secret passage to the company, or just sit and wait for a new message?
Anyone know anything more?

Well, they'll have 40 Dashes, and probably about 20 Embraers at the end of it. That's 60 a/c, and don't you normally assumer 5 crews per a/c? So ok, I got it wrong about if no-one leaves. Maybe they realise most of those still at FlyBE WILL leave, so they need to take on 600 total!!

Ham,
Appreciate your candor regarding Flybe. What about Flybe beyond the typical "low pay" concerns are there for you? What are the negatives specific to Flybe in your case?
Seems like pilots at all of the LCCs are having the same issues - pay is too low, they are exhausted from a mixture of too many earlies and too many lates, not enough days off... Are Flybe pilots being misled when they join or are the expectations too high that nobody is happy?
