Question Srilankan Pay?

Anybody out there able to pass on the figures for srilankan? looking at joining them and have been unable to get
ANY info on pay?!?!
Package offered?
Any info would be great

have a look in far east. already had a full break down of the pay. not so good, but would give you a good rating!
The organisation sounds like it is struggling to cope with recruiting pilots and keeping them.
am just in the process of getting more info on the subject,drop me a line in a few weeks, i should be able to tell you more!

Care needs to be exercised while working for SriLankan.
Specifically, if you do not work for them for an uninterupted period of more than five years, you do not receive the companies contribution to the 'provident' fund (ETF/PTF).

A big mistake for many in the past.

Five years and two weeks works very nicely.

Are you sure, Normally once your EPF money is in the bank the company cannot touch it.

Could be true now, JunkBus, but was certainly not true when I was there.
Read the contract and the EPF regulations would be my suggestion.
Having said all this, UL treated their expat Captains quite OK, schedule/pay wise, years ago.
This was when they were very short of qualified Commanders, so the situation was brighter then.

Perhaps not so now?
