SIA CARGO more detailed Roaster informations
Hi SIA Pilots
I got a SIA Cargo contract on 747-400.
I am interested in, how a monthly roaster approximately will look like. How many off days may I expect? how many rotations average a month?
How is the flight request system (bidding system) work within SIA Cargo? are you happy with your monthly schedules?

There is no bid system as such in SIA, you get rostered! You can make requests but not too many of them and they will try and accommodate you if they can. I believe they have also tried a system of back-to-back rosters to allow more time off at one go, up to about eight days I believe, but I can't see how that would work on the freighter fleet.
