Part time work in UK?

I am giving serious consideration to leaving full time aviation however I would like to keep in contact with flying by working part time (no more than 10 days a month).My present employer does not give part time unfortunately so I would appreciate ideas from others.At present I am left seat 747 with previous airbus/737/turboprop time but I would be interested in any a/c from light twin piston upwards.Location is probably the main factor with a strong preference for Scotland/Northern England.Thanks very much in advance for any suggestions.

easyjet do 75%/50% roster, either various days on/off or weeks on/off, tho I think you have to do a year's pennance before they bestow you with such honours
