Question LTU - still a good opportunity?

Hi everybody!

Are here any insiders who are willing to give me some hard facts about flying for LTU?

Entry Salary

Mixed Fleet - does everybody get both ratings. How often are you on short/long range in average per month? Does the company give you a short range flight after minimum rest from a long range route?

Upgrade
Time to wait? Perspectives?

Additional benefits for flight crews?

Homebases? Any new planned?

Corporate culture? Collegues, chiefs?

Most important one: Do you like flying for LTU?

Many thanks for your honesty and time.
